Well I just got my swapped 94 running the other day and took it for a quick rip, my brake pedal is impossibly hard.
It feels like if you were to press the brake pedal a bunch with the car off, but it didn't regain regular pressure once the car was started. Car has not been driven in slightly over a year.
Ideas?

I do know that his tools are at my place, because he dropped them off last night so he wouldn't have to drive around with them
and his floor jack too

stock or the ones I sold you?
squeethebee

Not stock, and not the ones you sold me, lol. RS front calipers and LGT rears.
And yes, I have to get my tools from greenfield, damn it.

I am still doing shakedown runs, making sure everything is up to snuff. Seems like I either have a very small oil leak near/on/around the turbo or there is still oil burning off from the bad crush washers on the oil feed line. Small stuff like that and painting/putting the interior back in.
