i have my 02 wrx in at singer subaru for the fuel line recall and they call saying my intake tube is junk what not. so i call exeter for a gimmick tube because its not much more than the stupid stock one. and they send it down to singer for me so they can finish the job. just wanted to say thanx to them for working with me even though i didnt go there for the work.

how did you like singer's service, etc? I know a lot of people utterly despise them. I buy a lot of my OEM parts through them and I like them, but Im unsure about having work done because of everyone saying they dislike them and would never take their vehicle there, etcetc.

well my good friend matt use to be a tech there so i had no problems. but he has moved on. so far its been just ok. the service writer is a bit unfriendly sounding. and it took them like 7 days to get parts in for my recall. i am a tech by trade for the past 10 years so i know how things work on the inside. so my review of singer would be an "ok" shop. there are better like exeter but i know there can be ones that are way worse as well..

I bought my car at Singer... They're a bunch of characters. Haha I look forward to going to see them whenever I can, but I don't get my car serviced there because it's so far from where I live.

Exeter Subaru is my favorite Subie dealorship by far. They are great guys. Always looking out for the best interest of the customer. I've been going there regularly for oil changes & services, etc.

I made the mistake of taking my car into Manchester once- Won't be doing that again... unless I'm visiting Eric or Gary ONLY. :) Exeter Subaru FTW!

I regularly go to Singer because its soo close for me and the Parts manager Dave is an outstanding guy with great service. I havent had my car serviced there for years and probably wont ever again. Not for any problems but just because of my swap and now having such a great relationship with Synaptic3. I will continue to get all my oem parts from singer as long as Dave remains the manager.

I also remember Matt when he worked there , cool dude sad he left the shop.

Got my snows mounted up at Exeter today and I'm happy with them. I sent Terry a shopping list of tires I was interested in and he got back quickly with all of them. They got me in and out today in the time it takes Deangelos to make a steak and cheese and for me to eat it, plus about 30 mins of playing on the phone. Not bad! :lol:
