I'm pretty ****ing pissed now!!!! I dropped these off on the 24th, was told to call in a week and a half to see progress. called on the 2nd, and they hadn't even been stripped yet. was told they were on the way there that day. called on the 7th, and was told they were setting them up on hangers to coat them that day. they said they would be ready on the 8th(yesterday) So i figure I can call them today to arrange for pick-up around lunch time, right? nope! today i call them, and the guy says they haven't been coated yet. I asked why i was told they were being coated two days ago, and would be ready yesterday. he says "**** happens" are you ****ing kidding me? this place sucks! I don't give a **** how good they look. they shouldn't take this god damn long!!! anybody know of a local powdercoater that can help me out? i'm ready to go pick them up unfinished, and get them done sometime this year.

I got some stuff done at Suncook River. Chris does a good job and is pretty inexpensive! I am going back there next week to do my calipers. I am dropping them off in the morning and picking them up the same night. Highly recommended!

+1 on that. Chris is awesome, and he works out of Ballistic, so you get to see all the sexy cars Scotty is working on when you go there :D

That really sucks! **** DOES happen, but you NEVER tell the customer that. I've also found that you should NEVER commit to a date you have no intention to make.

At the very least a call saying "We're backed up with work" or "We had a problem" would be better than leaving you guessing this whole time. That kind of stuff REALLY pisses me off.

i had alot of big items done through him, did some stuff for me in 3 days. The problem with this guy is he does alot of bulk quantity items and doesnt do a lot of small things.

Did you see how massive his oven is? He does all the spraying there and baking. That said, he only does 1 color at time in there... your wheels assuming you are having them done prolly cost him money if anything. which is why he is an ass.

almost three weeks is just too long for me. my patience goes only so far, and when he said "**** happens", i just couldn't accept it.

"**** happens" is unacceptable, no matter what he males on the deal, or loses. How'd they come out?
