My 2000 Impreza L

Most people know about my car's build and what I had planned. (http://www.newenglandsubarus.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5905 )
What I didn't plan on is dodging a dog and smashing into a big pole launching me through the air after and completely destroying my car's front end and then some more. Oil pan is a pancake, subframe is tweaked, rear struts are bent, windshield is spidered from my head, steering wheel got bent hardcore thanks to my lower jaw. Got 6 stitches inside my mouth and they glued the hole in my mouth that my teeth went through. :unamused: :unamused:

I know I need pics obviously for you guys. Waited in the ER for 6+ hours and just want to relax. So till tomorrow...

Get better man, and I hope you learned to not swerve for animals. A bumper cover would have been a lot easier to replace, and probably hurt less. Maybe moose, swerve for moose.

i went through a similar situation, except i hit a tree, and it won, didnt budge. my face met the steering wheel where I split my lip open, lost 4 of my bottom teeth and broke my jaw in 3 places. then had to have my mouth wired shut for months.

Man these perk 5s just aren't doing their job. This sucks.

One headlight survived... Once I get it to the shop and up on a lift i'll grab more pics. The oil pan took a lot of the impact as well.

The kick in the balls was my other new 4 pot caliper and my Falken RT-615 tires came in the day after this happened. Not that I would have picked em up for a while any how...

Fix it. My only decision is if I go RS bumper or stick with the L. I like the L because it reminds me of an R34 front end sort of. Not many people rock it either. Def picking up the outback sport hood though.

Finally welded in the whole new radiator support today. So now I am rocking a green OBS hood and an unpainted RS front bumper. Just need a grill and a few other do dads to button her up. Oh, and a windshield.... I'll have pics up tomorrow or so of her.
