So,
I finally picked up a nice set of Rota SDRs. Tires and lugnuts are next on the list. Can you guys bring me up to speed w.r.t advantages/disadvantages of the different types of lugnuts?
Splined / Open / Closed / etc along with advantages and disadvantages of both. Also, what is the right size for an 06 WRX?
Thanks!

If you using stock studs, closed ended non extended work fine.
Most who run a low offset rim-spacers and or longer studs usually go with extened lugs, open ended.
Tuner lugs are lighter in weight, this point can be argued if it helps at all....
Some of our styles are here:

Tuner lugs also fit snug/better with aftermarket rims. They seat better as well as allow more room when installing which keeps from the wrech or lug to chip the paint of the rim. Tuner lugs thin design with the spline tool make install easier VS socket sets.

I really like that, are those square head?
I currently have spline drives and like them just fine, but I think I like those better.
Those McGards are nicer than my regular splines as well.
Wouldn't a wheel thief most likely have wheel locks just as easily as spline sockets?

They are all hex besides the 5 matching wheel locks.
