Condo for rent.

It's in Lincoln. It's a wicked nice place, but we are moving into our new house at the end of April. If we get it rented, then we get our deposit back (which means more subie parts for me!).

1100 sq feet, vaulted ceilings, 3rd floor of the place with nobody sharing walls, so noise/sound isn't an issue. I cant say what the rent would be, because we don't own it, but trust me it's very reasonable for what you get with the place.

Message me here if you're interested, and I will set you up with the owner.
