Alright guys, I think I'm going to just give in and go new.

I need front and rear rotors and pads. I have no idea what I'm looking for, and I'd really like to know where I can go to get a sweet deal on everything.

Any suggestions on what i should get?
Its just my daily driver. I drive somewhat hard, but I engine brake more than anything. The only things that I need is I want something quite, I hate squeal, something with low dust, and something that will fit with my 02/03 stock setup. They have to fit under my stock WRX rims and also Rota Tarmac 2's.

Thanks for the help.

New question:

Can i just swap a Sti brake master cylinder with my stock master cylinder or am i going to fail?

Fail what? Also the WRX and STI don't have different master cylinders. It is all the same.

ok, well either just swap out with my current one? Im sure the brembos are going to want much more juice.

I would stay with the smaller master if your car really has a smaller master.

As hard as the brembos bite it could work out to be a better combination.

Just an update for you, The brembos worked GREAT during the autoX, they lock the fronts up just at the bottom of the pedal. And the rears are still not biting. Im sending out the new pads to get relined tomorrow and i will try and powdercoat the rear calipers this weekend. Along with flipping the fronts.

Think I am going to get some Ferodo DS2500 pads. See how those work. I have heard good reviews on them for auto x as well as DD, but they are loud. Oh well.

if you don't care about noise and dust but want retarded stopping power cobalts are the way to go.

I got a killer deal on hawk hps plus pads I like them so far way better then the oem pads.
but my next pads are cobalts for sure.

Ya, Cobalts are another one I am thinking of, but they are a little more than the Ferodos. I was suprised how cheap the Ferodos were. I am going to call Synaptic and get a quote on the cobalts tomorra.

I think they were around 215ish for fronts. I called last week and they didn't have any instock he should have some now though.

Its somewhere close to 290 for front and rear 2500's which I think is good for a pad that I can use for autox and dd without a lot of dust (except for autox days). I might try to go to SLMP this year sometime with the SCCV members.

I've been in and driven jaime's sti(nasioc and vanity... Zornoph) and those colbalts stop on a dime.... 60-0 in a seconds ...crazy stopping power:devil:
