So I havn't made a journal yet about my car, figured now is as good of a time as any sense I blew my motor last night and I will be attempting to put a new one in this weekend. :unamused: I drive a 2000 RS coupe 5spd no mods yet really have just been trying to work out the kinks,

So once I got the motor out I pulled it apart to see the carnage........ I'm cranking it over by hand my buddy looks and me laughs and says I think I know why it wont run! "only 3 of your 4 pistons are moving" :rofl:

I just did some research on TPS found the volts and where I have to check and it "should" be all back together runs great now but for the first 1/4 throttle it bogs then bucks when it "catchs" again and when you let off below 1/4 throttle it bucks

Thanks meg! little update found out how to adjust the TPS really easy once you figure out correct volts .49 I am still throwing a P1133 though think its cause of the gutted cat, because I just replaced the 02 sensors when I did the motor.. :unamused:

This side is almost finished, just need to put the fine jelly coat on to cover all the bondo air bubble holes!! Then its on to the other side. :spin:

So last night I was at my buddies shop Forced Induction Motorsports. He gave snowman and I a deal on a couple dyno pulls I hit 88 w/o vvt :unamused: but 140 with :spin: and get this I hit 759lbft of torque!!! Hell ya that right my subie is NASTY! Snowman hit 159hp and 959tq!!! He dosnt have the setup at the moment for subaru torque soo it made an astronomical number....

Evening addition, I pulled the dash blower motor and harness out of both cars. Tomorrow I will start to put the 06 into my RS :spin: hopefully will have all the electrical buttoned up tomorrow night and pull the motor and put new one in sat. unfortunately I wont make it to super meet :unamused:

Well its been a long couple of days BUT! I managed to get the 06 dash and center console in, just a few small mods and it fits snuggly.:spin: Just need to either switch plugs so the new gauge cluster will fit in or modify my cluster with the 06 houseing. That and HVAC plugs need to get swapped. FYI if you change out your interior MAKE SURE TO PUT YOUR CLUSTER BACK IN! other wise when you start the car it will run off the battery! http://www.subiegirls.com/forum/images/smilies/unamused.gif Seven hours of checking grounds testing alternator checking wires for pinch's later plug in the gauge cluster and POW back to normal :rofl:

Rattle can clear gloss and a nice buff and wet sand. Do multiple layers.

Lookin good mang! Try the clear coat method. It will help seal the lense and stop the sun from breaking down plastic causing them to be cloudy.

Well I finally got my 4pot 2pot's I had one small well I guess major brain fart I forgot you need a braket to make them fit in the back :unamused:

But here are acouple before and after shots. IMO I like the 08 wheels better on the car though think im gunna switch the tires around.

They have the reflectors in the lense, I just spent 2 hours polishing the headlight with the 3M kit and blacked all of the inside but the headlight part. Looked *****in' I thought.
